Good quality of room, staff friendly and helpful, and excellent location. Only downside --Terrace Restaurant very ordinary and overpriced.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Friendly staff, nice hotel facilities. Great spa complex, but children have limited access.

had really nice stay. Hotels 'Terrace' restaurant was excellent. Food really fresh, great selection and good value for money for Edinburgh. Rooms very comfortable and roomservice was great. Spa was nice but for the money not as amazing as it is made out to be. Would definately stay there again.

Overpriced for what is offered. Generally UK Hotels of this standard, are below US and European equivilants. Bathrooms are small and cramped. Showers in the Bath.....these days you could remove the Bath Tubs, and put in a decent shower.
