excellent and very helpful staff, delightful room and the breakfast was stunning - and so close to the city

The hotel was convenient, clean and stylish. The staff was extreemly helpful and friendly. They gave me a 4:00 check out time (try that in the US). I am sure you can find nicer (more expensive) places, but this felt like a really nice value. Breakfast was also above average.

Very nice buffet breakfast. Rooms smallish but very clean & comfortable. Really enjoyed staying here.

Good location within 10 minutes walk of Opera / Hofburg Palace. Rooms small but adequate. Friendly service.

The hotel is a few steps from a metro station in the cultural centre of the city. The building is a jewel. The rooms are cozy and make you feel like home. Everything is so clean! The staff is very friendly and willing to make your stay comfortable. They provide you even umbrellas in case of rain! The breakfast is delicious.
