We needed a great place to stay so we could enjoy an evening out in the Viaduct area and this place was perfect - very stylish, very quiet, helpful staff,and great value. A bit 'undiscovered' at the moment but am sure that won't last

If you want a great and comfortable hotel room this is a perfect choice. The amenities are delux, the bed the best I slept in entire NZ, the bathroom super-clean, large and modern (great rainshower). The view from the harbor-side rooms is spectacular. The lobby is inviting, trendy hip with candles and pools. But if you want services, this is not a place to stay. No phones, no room service, no wine in the minibar. No pool. 10 minutes walk to downtown but a beautiful and quiet location.
