Tachikawa Grand Hotel Tokyo Guest Reviews
The staff was able to speak enough English to make my stay comfortable. Breakfast is not free, but Internet usage is. The lunch buffet was overpriced I think. You have to ask for bar soap from the front desk if you want to wash your hands in the private bathroom. The lobby looks really nice and the rooms were in great shape as well. The single room bed is a little small for a tall person though. 5 minute walk from the station and reasonably priced.
