PROS: * Within walking distance of Akihabara * Close to JR stations (Akihabara if you have bags; it offers lifts) * Decent breakfast (hot/cold options) * Compact but functional room with Internet included CONS: * Ordered a "non-smoking" room on the Hotel Club website - option of both non-smoking & smoking rooms was offered (Not just a preference) - but when I arrived at the hotel they only had "smoking" rooms available. * My room had such a strong smell of smoke that I ended up purchasing a mask & leaving the window open all night for some fresh air. NOT recommended for NON smokers !!! * Hotel Club continued offering NON-SMOKING rooms for sale on their website for the nights I was staying there even after I made them aware of the fact that there were none available 6 times, including two half hour long distance phone calls. BOTTOM LINE: If you are a smoker this hotel would probably be fine. If you are a non-smoker don't trust Hotel Club to deliver what they sell you !!!
