The Links Hotel Edinburgh Guest Reviews
We had a small double room and they weren't lying when they said small - it was absolutely tiny and I'm glad we didn't pay the full price of a room that small. It was also noisy as there is the pub nextdoor and when that closed, a lot of people were staying at the hotel entered the hallway and you could hear all the noise of them. Overall it's an ok hotel, with a nice park out the front.

Some of the rooms are directly above the bar and outside drinking area so is very noisy. The karaoke night added to the noise levels. Not a hotel for a quiet stay, but having said that, the staff were helpful and friendly, rooms were clean and the food was fine.

The room was quite basic but large and comfortable. The water supply in the bathroom was erratic. The service was very friendly. For the price it was good value.

It was OK but way overpriced for what we had. The room, at the top of three flights of stairs with no lift, was tiny. The bed was not at all comfy - quite hard, and there was no room to move. I couldn't get out of bed in the night without literally climbing over my husband, waking him up! Had it not been so well situated for the people we were visiting I would have very little positive comment.

One of the best hotels we have stayed in. Wonderful spacious room, quiet neighbourhood, walking distance to city center, good service and a poular local pub in the house. We loved it :-).
