The Park Hotel London Guest Reviews
The hotel is very old . The room is very small and dirty. Worst for the bathroom and toilet . You have to pay $4 pounds to the reception if you need to leave the luggage in the hotel for just two hours. not customer orientation.

We had to carry 20kg suitacases to the third floor but the staff were nice and offered breakfast for the next morning to take into our rooms as we were leaving early.

I made the reservation several months ago despite this our arrival appeared a surprise and every day we had to change rooms, some rooms have no shower (we had paid for that), some rooms have a shower but no water, towels are not changed without paying extra... Reception keeps promising "tomorrow".. this surely beats "Faulty Towers".

We booked a two night stay in a twin bedded room recently. AFTER taking payment, the Manager said actually he didn't have the twin bedded room we'd booked but a double room. As a female staying with a male colleague that wasn't ok so they direct us to another hotel of theirs the Corbigoe. It didn't take too long to decide there was no way we could stay there. The stale damp odour, the furniture, bedding was old unclean, broken plaster but worst was the toilet, shower had mould everywhere and the toilet had dirty brown stains down it. We returned the next day to speak with the Manager who refused to refund the whole amount because we didn't cancel 48hours before! Basically they took money and gave no services at all. Even at 2star rating, people expect cleanliness. I haven't exerienced anything like it and never want to again. Hotels such the Park represent you as an agency, when they are horrendous as this hotel is then they also reflect in the same way

I was given a room which did not have an ensuite WC. I was told that the WC on the corridor was for my exclusive use ! What a joke I would have to come out of the room in my pyjamas and queue with the rest!!!! A dirty run down hotel which has seen better days. Cheap and not worth the money!
