The Sir Thomas Hotel Liverpool Guest Reviews
Loved staying here. Would return.

Excellent location, especially if you're into shopping! Two negatives - booking for afternoon tea not made by reception staff and bar staff completely forgot a drinks order. Not able to use restaurant on Thursday evening as they hold a weekly "chic flick"/dinner which was fully booked. We should have been informed of this in advance. Excellent breakfast. Overall would recommend hotel and would go again.

The night porters at the front desk were not of the friendliest sort and had neither light for a cigarette nor a map of the city. The room was tidy and the breakfast ok.

very noisy at night - the lifts and other internal machinery. Also the street cleaning machinery in early morning. Otherwise very nice hotel and good value.
