The Tower A Guoman Hotel London Guest Reviews
Fantastic hotel - location and staff but on Sunday morning there were too many people wanting to use the lifts at the same time. Many had to use the stairs. Would have been 5 stars if not for this.

Stayed here for a weekend break with friends. Good hotel, nice location with fantastic view of Tower Bridge from bedroom window. Rooms could do with an update but were clean and comfortable with the usual tea/coffee making facilities expected. Decent hotel for the price we paid.

Poor service, dark rooms with uncomfortable beds, and general lack of facilities. There are so many other choices in London, so don't waste your money here.

Excellent location for view of Tower Bridge. Upgrade available at £25 per room per night for bridge view which is worth the little bit extra. Few minutes walk to either underground or bus services into city. Have been to this hotel three times and would return again.

We upgraded the room to include breakfast and a river view - it was worth it for us. Would stay there again the next time we stay in London.
