This hotel is well cared for and well equipped. It is about 5 - 7 minutes from the metro and that would be our biggest complaint so overall pretty satisfied. It is on Avenue Louise which is an upper end shopping street that is not too far from downtown, etc. Restaurant is good but breakfast is overpriced at 25 euros. There is a small coffee shop up at the square (about a 3 minute walk).

Breakfast as such is good BUT the personnel is not taking care of it during breakfast hours: uncleaned tables (at 7.30), empty dishes, slowness of the personnel (when asking to clean tables & re-fill dishes etc.) Another minus - in such a good hotel in general - is the service from the internet provider (Telenethotspot). Normally (at least with the internet service provider like SwissCom) I receive automatically receipt to my e-mail. Telenethotspot did not send it and after a long e-mail exchange I may get one....). I would suggest Bristol Stephanie to change the internet service provider to Swisscom.

We stayed in the apartments around the corner - huge mezzanine apartment. Good facilites nearby for buying food - had a great time.

Pricing is not fair - they do not make you aware that breakfast is extra and they charge you a horrendous amount by the end. The attitude itself is not `trust-building`, what can you expect then with more delicate matters.

A very fine four star hotel offered in this instance at a keen price. But WiFi access remains prohibitively expensive.
