Convenient location beside tram and Metro. Our double bedroom was tiny, with barely enough room to move around the large bed. Bathroom also tiny, with no space between toilet and basin. Good shower. Very small space to hang clothes or store baggage. I would stay here again, but would insist on a slightly larger room!

Probably a 2/3 star hotel. Very clean & well priced but rooms a bit small & non luxurious!

Very friendly - great views of the River Maas from front rooms. Will be a good value 3 start when renovations are complete.

We started in a very, very small room, tried to be moved, but not without extra payment. The first morning, we were awakened by construction crew outside our room at 8AM. We complained to the manager a were moved to a bigger, lovely room with a spa and a great veiw of the bridge. So once our horrible first night was over, the rest of our stay was fine.
