Awesome hotel in a not so great location. Best service and staff I have ever encountered. Fantastic spa and pool, below average gym facilities (small and little equipment if its busy) Very relaxed,,,did I mention how fantastic the sevice was!!!

The W Hotel was very good--a nice, trendy place replete with all the amenities you'd expect from a hotel of this calibre. The beds were HEAVENLY and it was quite difficult to peel myself away from them! I loved the bathrooms as well, and their selection of Bliss products were amazing. Service was great--however, I only rated them as "good" as I noticed there were some things lacking. For instance, shuttles to TST were a little strange. Why couldn't they provide information on how to get back to the hotel? While this detail is something we could've looked up on our own, it would've been nice if the hotel provided for it. Breakfast was ok-- a so-so selection. Location-wise, it was very convenient. Although quite far from TST and Central, these were just a train-ride away. Overall, I would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, and the facilities are fantastic.

In town check in is very good! services, amanities,facilities etc....very good.. but blackfast is no so good. good is only juice ~~

Modern and large(by Hong Kong standards)hotel room; high-tech fittings and equipment in the room, gym and pool. Very comfortable. Excellent bathroom. Lovely rooftop pool. Good location in new Elements shopping mall, and conveniently located near to Kowloon Station for airport access.
