Room cleaning service was not bad but also not very particular. I also found the idea of having to pay for hotel parking extra rather strange. All other facilities end food were good.

Too far from the city centre and lacks any practical outdoor area due to busy main road one side and a building site on the other side.

Lovely hotel and facilities but set on main road to one side and a building site to the other. Taxi to centre costing approx 20 Zls each way. Just too far out.

Ideal as a base to visit krakow, bus service regular & journey is 10 minutes into town

An excellent hotel for the price with the people on reception very helpful. Occasionally spoilt by rowdy unsupervised parties of Norwegian schoolchildren. The only real downside is the location on the edge of the city.
