A nice little hotel, it is out of the centre of Salzburg, but can be reached easily with a short bus trip. The rooms are clean and spacious and the bathrooms were of excellent quality. There is one or two small restaurants within walking distance of the hotel.

Very Friendly and helpful staff! Very welcoming! Good location - and they have free parking! The property needs some work, though! The rooms are somewhat shabby. The towels were so rough they actually scratched us. Tiny little tv set. Lots of stains in the carpet and on the walls. The "included" breakfast was a pretty poor buffet. Didn't even have toast or fruit. I thought the price was a bit high for the condition of the rooms. But I would stay again just because of the staff - unless the hotel continues to deteriorate.

The hotel was in a great location - within good walking distance to the Old Town,and located on the main bus route to both the city and the airport. The room was simple, but quite large and clean. Service was very friendly and helpful, and the Austrian buffet breakfast was great.Good value for money - a quaint bed and breakfast. My husband loved the beer vending machine outside our room.

Very pleasant stay, staff extremely helpful - nothing was any trouble for them. only comment for improvement would be a hospitality tray so we could have made tea/coffee etc when we wanted.
